Reseach thematics, fields of interest
Since the PhD studies, my research area has been the applications of the scanning nuclear microprobe. First I was involved in analytical projects, since 2001 I concentrate on Proton Beam Micromachining (P-beam writing). PBW is a novel 3D direct write lithography method. The potential application areas are ranging from materials science, through medical applications, to lab-on-a-chop devices.
